Starting to a new beginning ..Baking!...

After 3 years in this industry where I worked as a spearhead hunter, I will open a new chapter of my life as a baker and housewife!:), Maybe I can't post this to FB status or notes ..but I want to express it to my blog as I have seen it I don't have any post on it!, as well all my colleagues have access at FB during office hours.

well, my journey in the passion of cooking since we have cable TV before I used to flip magazines check on to the entertainment section and browse a new recipe, from the grocery cans, labels I have read it. I tried and enjoyed cooking but not tried baking as we don`t have oven...until .. I met my fiancee...we have the same interest in food and cooking!. He is like me..watching and reading more of food network, AFC channel, (even Chinese cooking shows!) and the practice and experiments on it..well I was surprised he means to fill up our dreams, to have our own bakeshop. While he was in Abroad, we started to canvass and bought several types of equipment, stash supplies, and he even forced me to attend training and seminars..until I began to practice baking and starting to sell my goods..from cookies, muffins, and bread...healthy bread..that was the concept..:)

Hopefully, by this time we may able to finish to established commercial space, home and the operation of our store, and he may stay for good!:)
